3. Credit System
Chat4O.AI operates on a credit-based system. New users receive 60 complimentary credits upon registration. Different models have different credit costs, which you can check on our pricing page for detailed information. Additional credits are available for purchase through our subscription plans.
4. Subscriptions
Chat4O.AI offer subscription plans that are billed on a recurring basis (monthly or annually). Your subscription will automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle unless cancelled. Payment requires a valid payment method (credit card or PayPal) and complete billing information. By providing payment details, you authorize us to charge subscription fees to your payment method. 5. Fee Changes
Chat4O.AI reserves the right to modify subscription fees and credit costs at any time without prior notice. Any fee changes will become effective at the end of the current billing cycle. Your continued use of Chat4O.AI services after a fee change constitutes your agreement to pay the modified fees. For subscription purchases, Chat4O.AI offers refunds within three (3) days subject to the following conditions: 1. The refund request must be made within 3 days of purchase 2. Usage must not exceed: - 10 sessions for premium AI chat conversations - 5 images for AI image generation - 3 videos for AI video generation 3. Refunds will be reduced by: - The cost of credits already consumed - Payment platform processing fees Refunds will be processed within 7 business days through the original payment method.
6. Refunds

7. Accounts
When you create an account with Chat4O.AI, you guarantee that you are over the age of 18 and that the information you provide us is accurate, complete, and current at all times. Inaccurate, incomplete, or obsolete information may result in the immediate termination of your account on our Service. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password, and for restricting access to your computer and/or account. You agree to accept responsibility for any and all activities or actions that occur under your account and/or password, whether your password is with our Service or a third-party service. You must notify us immediately upon becoming aware of any breach of security or unauthorized use of your account. You may not use as a username the name of another person or entity or a name that is not lawfully available for use or offensive, vulgar, or obscene.
